Cancellation policy

Your appointment is very important to all members of our Central Wellness team. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request you give the required notice outlined below for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments or cancellations, the following fees will be applied to your credit card.

Cancellation Policy For Medical treatments

  • 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule
    • Appointments with 1 hour or less treatment time and notification given less than 48hours prior, tardiness or failure to arrive, the client’s card will be charged $75.00 dollars.
  • 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule
    • Appointments with 2 to 3 hours or more treatment time and notification given less than 72 hours prior, tardiness or failure to arrive, the client’s card will be charged $250.00 dollars.
  • 5 days’ notice to cancel or reschedule
    • Appointments with 4 hours or more treatment time and notification given less than 5 days prior, tardiness or failure to arrive, the client’s card will be charged $500.00 dollars.

Cancellation Policy For Spa Treatments

  • 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, tardiness or failure to arrive, the client’s card will be charged for the full service.
