Cancellation Policy 

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are cancelled without adequate notice, it is often impossible to offer that time to another client. We respectfully request the following notice for all medical and spa appointments: 

  • Appointments 1 hour or less: 2 business days’ notice required
    • Appointments 2–3 hours: 3 business days’ notice required
    • Appointments 4 hours or longer: 5 business days’ notice required

     

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Notice must be received at least the required number of business days before the scheduled appointment time.  

Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, no-shows, and arriving too late to complete your scheduled service will result in the following fees being charged to the credit card on file: 

  • Appointments 1 hour or less: $75
    • Appointments 2–3 hours: $250
    • Appointments 4 hours or longer: $500

     

Central Wellness reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to waive a cancellation fee in rare circumstances. Any courtesy waiver granted will be documented in the client’s account. Once a courtesy waiver has been extended, all future late cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments will be subject to the applicable cancellation fees outlined in this policy. 

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy and authorize Central Wellness to charge the credit card on file for applicable cancellation fees.
