Dermal Filler

Restore volume & fullness
dermal filler billings mt

Over time as we age, facial tissue loses its volume due to many circumstances such as environmental, genetics, weight loss, and aging. Dermal filler when injected by a licensed medical injector, helps  temporarily bring back the lost volume and give the face a more youthful look.

Central Wellness uses dermal fillers that the main ingredient is a modified HA. Hyaluronic acid, or HA, is a natural substance in the body that delivers volume to tissue below the surface. Getting treated with dermal filler helps add volume to different areas of the face without surgery.

Dermal filler is used to smooth wrinkles, increase the volume in the mid face, jawline, and the lips to restore volume in areas where needed. Dermal Filler gives clients a rejuvenated, younger, more balanced and beautiful appearance. Fillers are a great way to rejuvenate your look without having to undergo surgery that requires downtime.

Frequently Asked Questions

At Central Wellness we look at dermal fillers as another tool for combating the aging process. Facial fillers are excellent for addressing static wrinkles and folds — those folds that show themselves at all times — whereas BOTOX® is the star for dynamic wrinkles caused by muscle contractions. Clients can use dermal fillers to temporarily rejuvenate the face. However, the results gained with dermal fillers and BOTOX®, are not permanent. Eventually, the body will absorb the filler and the wrinkle or crease will start reappearing. As we continue to age facial rejuvenation does require maintenance.
Anyone who has deep lines around their nose and or mouths such as smile lines or marionette lines, those who want to restore volume within their cheeks. Those with thinner lips who want a more voluminous pout have found great success with dermal filler, as well as those who want to improve the symmetry of their face either due to age or genetics.
Your medically licensed injector will begin your appointment discussing your medical history, other aesthetic treatments you have received in the past, pictures, and a full facial consult to address your concerns. Together you will determine the areas of treatment, how much you’ll need and the price for filler that will be used at the appointment. Right before the treatment, the highly trained medical injector will clean the area and may give you a numbing cream, although filler is thought to be particularly painful. The treatment doesn’t take very long, and you should see results immediately!

Dermal fillers do not require recovery time. You may experience some redness at the injection sites, tenderness and swelling which should subside in a few hours. Avoid taking blood thinners such as aspirin and Ibuprophen, or drinking red wine, and other alcohol 5 days prior to your injection appointment. This will help mitigate bruising that can any time a needle punctures the skin. Any reactions are very rare.

Dermal fillers give skin a smooth, voluminous, plump, and youthful look that lasts for 6-18 months depending on the person, the area treated, and the injectable product used. Many people love this treatment and find it far superior to surgical options.
